Parole, parole, parole...(2012)

« Sending flowers to the beloved one seems to be the easiest thing in the world,

just as going out for dinner or walking hand in hand.

But sometimes, things happen differently.

In Palestine, experiencing love is not that easy.

And it’s even more complicated when a Palestinian from Gaza falls

in love with someone that’s not from the strip.

But from Ramallah for example, sister city (yet) not twin.

Is Gaza and Ramallah an im/possible love story?

Topping up the florist’s phone to send a bouquet to your lover,

Having dinner on Skype,

Even making love on Skype,

Getting married via phone conference when one

lives only 80km far from the other.

Can love spring and flourish through words?

Words that go beyond, despite everything?
